Feasibility Study
Sometimes before a project can progress, before a Client takes on a new property or tenant agreement, we suggest a Feasibility Study is under taken. This is an opportunity to ‘test fit’ a space & assess site. Will the space accommodate all that you require?
Concept
We would prepare a concept design proposal that starts to tell your story. Every project is unique, so are you.
Visualising your aspirations through storytelling, investigation, moodboards & sketch plan proposals. Aligning your interior philosophy with your brand, personality and culture.
Brief
Helen takes a deep dive into your projects aspirations, establishing a clear brief, understanding your projects personality and ambitions. We would visit site to inspect and analysis & discuss project programme & budget.
Design Development
As the project evolves, so does the design. This stage investigates the concept proposal, evolves the space planning, exploring finishes and furniture to compliment the design philosophy.
Technical Design
During this stage we prepare the technical drawing information and schedules pack to allow the contractor to price from, and coordinate relevant information with your other appointed consultants.
Bespoke Joinery & Furniture specification
We can also offer bespoke joinery design to suit your project needs. We can fully specify furniture and feature lighting, ensuring the suite of items are coordinated with the overall project brief.
Manufacture & Construction phase
During construction & manufacture stage we can be on hand to check the build is in accordance with the design, spot any problems and be available for any contractor queries.
Handover
We are here to ensure that the project is fully inspected on completion and any defects highlighted for the contractor to rectify.
